First, an introductory class for you, the mama of a growing girl.
Then, a series of videos about puberty to watch together, with interactive exercises sprinkled throughout, to facilitate discussion and open hearted sharing.
Lastly, a class on how babies are made, for you to decide when to watch together, or to share on your own.
